Welcome Family and Friends!
With your love and support, we will be tying the knot this coming October, making our dreams come true and embarking on an exciting new journey of matrimony. We hope you can join us on this special day as we share our love and commitment for each other, and we want to thank each of you for contributing your uniqueness to our lives, helping make all of this possible. And without further ado, a little about how it all began...
Our Story
On May 1st, 2010, the two of us met while cycling 200 miles round-trip on the very formidable Santa Barbara Ride. Both of us had experienced challenging accidents and falls on this ride in the past. However, on this occasion, the fates had something else in mind. This time, when Gordon and Winston fell, it was for each other, and the accident was a happy one. With miles of road beneath us we had plenty of time to get to know each other, and happily, we have traveled every mile together since.
It's been over 4 years, and each year brings us closer together in love and friendship. Without one, you can't have the other. Together we have cycled down the California coast three times, adopted two amazing mutant X-pups (Mystique and Storm), performed acrobatics on fabric and trapeze, and traveled to London, Paris, Hanoi, Angkor Wat, and...wait for it...Vancouver! And yet our favorite past time is still staying home and playing the latest co-op video game or cuddling on the couch and watching movies.
On February 15th of this year, we were engaged at a very special place for us, proving once again that Disneyland really is the happiest place on earth.
The Wedding
We want to thank you again for joining us as we start this next chapter in our relationship. For us, the story has been a page turner so far, and we look forward to continuing writing it.
